Discover the heart behind Everbloom Counselling. Learn about our commitment to compassionate care and how we support women on their journey to well-being and personal growth. We are here to help you bloom.

The Foundation: Empathy, Connection, and Empowerment

At the heart of Everbloom Counselling is a deep belief that every woman deserves a safe, compassionate space to be seen, heard, and supported through life's challenges. I started Everbloom because I recognised how many women silently carry the weight of anxiety, depression, motherhood, relationship struggles, identity changes, and emotional overwhelm while putting everyone else's needs before their own.

As a mother and a counsellor, I understand that healing isn't about "fixing" someone—it's about helping them reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

The values that guide my work are:

  • Empathy and genuine connection – creating a space where women feel understood without judgment.
  • Person-centered care – believing that every woman is the expert in her own life and deserves support tailored to her unique experiences and values.
  • Compassion and kindness – meeting clients with warmth, acceptance, and respect.
  • Empowerment – helping women reconnect with their inner strengths and build confidence.

Supporting You Through

Anxiety & Stress Management

Life's pressures can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling constantly worried, mentally exhausted, or unable to switch off. Together, we can explore the underlying causes of your anxiety and develop practical strategies to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more in control.

I can support you with:

  • General Anxiety – Persistent worry, racing thoughts, and feeling constantly on edge.
  • Stress & Burnout – Managing emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, and balancing life's many responsibilities.
  • Overthinking – Learning to quiet repetitive thoughts and reduce mental overload.
  • Panic & Physical Symptoms of Anxiety – Understanding and managing symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, tension, or feelings of panic.
  • Life Transitions – Navigating periods of change such as career changes, marriage, parenthood, or other significant life events.

Motherhood Adjustments

Motherhood is a beautiful journey, but it can also bring unexpected emotional, mental, and personal challenges. Whether you're preparing for motherhood, adjusting after birth, or balancing the many demands of parenting, counselling provides a supportive space to help you navigate this season with compassion and confidence.

I can support you with:

  • Adjusting to Motherhood – Navigating the emotional changes and challenges that come with becoming a mother.
  • Identity After Motherhood – Reconnecting with yourself while embracing your role as a parent.
  • Mum Guilt – Working through feelings of guilt and learning to prioritise your own wellbeing without self-judgement.
  • Parenting Stress – Managing the mental load, overwhelm, and everyday demands of raising children.
  • Work-Life Balance – Finding a healthy balance between family responsibilities, career aspirations, and personal wellbeing.

Relationships & Self-Esteem

Healthy relationships begin with a healthy relationship with yourself. Whether you're experiencing difficulties within your relationships or struggling with self-confidence, counselling offers a safe space to gain insight, strengthen boundaries, and build greater self-worth.

I can support you with:

  • Self-Esteem & Confidence – Building self-worth and developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
  • People-Pleasing – Learning to prioritise your own needs while maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Boundaries – Developing the confidence to communicate your needs and protect your emotional wellbeing.
  • Relationship Challenges – Improving communication, navigating conflict, and strengthening healthy relationships.
  • Friendship Difficulties – Processing friendship breakdowns, conflict, or feelings of isolation.
  • Emotional Wellbeing – Exploring difficult emotions in a supportive, non-judgmental environment while developing healthier coping strategies
  • Navigating In-Law Relationships – Exploring family dynamics, strengthening boundaries, and developing healthy ways to manage conflict and expectations.

Culturally Sensitive Care

Every person's experiences are shaped by their unique background, culture, values, and beliefs. I strive to provide a respectful and inclusive counselling space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement.

I offer support that is mindful of:

  • Cultural Identity – Honouring your cultural values, traditions, and lived experiences throughout the counselling process.
  • Faith & Spirituality – Respectfully incorporating your personal beliefs and values into therapy if they are important to you.
  • Family & Community Expectations – Exploring the pressures and responsibilities that can arise within family and cultural systems.
  • Navigating Multiple Identities – Supporting individuals balancing cultural, religious, family, and personal identities.
  • A Safe & Respectful Space – Providing an environment where you can openly share your experiences while feeling genuinely heard, respected, and understood.

Guiding Women Towards a Brighter Tomorrow

I am most passionate about supporting women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or have lost themselves while caring for everyone else. This includes women navigating anxiety, depression, motherhood, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, cultural pressures, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of who they are anymore.

I have a special passion for supporting Muslim women and women from diverse cultural backgrounds, as I understand the unique experiences that can come with balancing personal well-being, family expectations, faith, and identity. However, my practice warmly welcomes all women seeking a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.

My hope is that every woman who works with me leaves feeling:

  • Heard and understood without fear of judgment.
  • More confident and empowered to make decisions that align with their values.
  • Better equipped to manage life's challenges with healthy coping strategies and emotional resilience.
  • More connected to themselves and their needs.
